STEP 1

  • Refer to the Main Land Use Guide Plan for the entire study area to identify the location of the land involved in the context of Planning Block (BP)

STEP 2

  • Refer to the proposed Map for Planning Block to identify the location and status of the land involved in the context of Small Planned Block (BPK). Identify permitted land use of the land based on the colours in the Proposed Map indication.

STEP 3

  • Refer to the Land Use Class Schedule to find out the types of development allowed either without or with the conditions and development which are not allowed according to BPK. If everything is suitable, then the application can be essentially considered for approval.

STEP 4

  • Once the type of development allowed is established, refer to the Volume 2 Report: Implementation Guidelines, Development Guidelines table describing detailed guidance on the expansion of development in accordance with BPK and standardisation of overall appearance of the Local Plan Area (LPA).
